You will not inherit a roadmap or a backlog. You will decide what we build and why, sit with customers and founders, and watch your calls ship in days. Dreamteam is built ground-up on the latest AI stack, not as an extension of the previous generation of technology that most existing players carry. It captures the full semantic meaning of every customer conversation and takes on the work humans hate doing, so people spend their time on what they are best at: building relationships. 

On top of that sit AI teammates, each designed from a slice of a real job description on a revenue team. Less software the team uses, more colleagues the team hires. We call it a post-CRM platform because "AI-powered CRM" undersells the change. The opportunity Most PM roles hand you a mature product and a queue. This one hands you an open problem in a market that is wide open. We think this is the electric-car moment for enterprise software, and the biggest opportunity of our careers. 

The questions you will work on have no playbook: when should an AI teammate act on its own and when should it ask? How do you make a system trustworthy when it writes to a customer's pipeline? What does a sales workflow look like when no one has to update anything back to a CRM? You get a large market, a founding team that has done this before, and the room to shape a product area end to end. The bar to get in is high, and that is the point. How we work • AI-native, for real. PMs here work directly on the live alpha version of the product with AI, not only write specs or siloed prototypes. 

Using AI well is part of the craft, not a side skill. 

• Formless, judgment-heavy. We are killing the admin-heavy CRM, so most of our hard problems have no reference design. Judgment decides where to build incrementally and where to reimagine. Dreamteam AI | For Private distribution only. 

• Team of Super ICs. Intentionally small, high-impact team. Trust by default, more problem than people. You own a problem, not a ticket queue. What the role entails Own the problem, not the feature. Find the problems worth solving, make the case, and set the direction for your area. 

We want PMs who change the plan, not only execute it. Build with AI. Prototype your thinking. Reason about when the model should act, when it should ask, and how to keep it trustworthy at scale. This is the core craft of agentic software. Be customer-obsessed. 

Get close enough to sales teams to feel their problems in your gut, and keep everyone honest about what the customer needs. Communicate to convince. Make sharp calls and bring engineers, designers, founders and customers along. Changing a mind under pushback matters more than a polished deck. Move with urgency, as one team. Break ambiguous problems into shippable steps without losing the bigger picture. Own your area, and still pick up whatever the team needs. 

What you will need 

• 6+ years of product management on web software that shipped. The PM part has to be at least six years; overall experience can be longer. We are looking for seasoned PMs, typically Senior to Principal level elsewhere. 

• A few full product cycles under your belt, from business hypothesis to post-launch outcomes. 

• Ownership past your brief: you find a way around blockers and treat the outcome as yours. 

• First-principles instinct on new problems, and the judgment to know when the simple fix is the right call. 

• Real fluency with AI tools, and the taste to know where the model is wrong.

• Strong listening, and the ability to explain a complex problem simply to any audience. 

• The temperament for hard, long problems: steady under setbacks, playing for the product rather than the next review cycle. Nice to have 

• PM experience in GTM or sales tech. 

• Developer or product designer turned PM. 

• Time on a fast, experiment-driven product team. 

• An engineering or business degree from a top-tier school.
