About the Company

At Abhiyaan Wealth, we're building a high-impact personal wealth platform for Indians - simplifying finance and making wealth intentional & aspirational, especially for women. We're also building Shakti Yatra, an initiative for conscious women leaders to align their work, wealth, and relationships. We’re looking for a creative operator who can think, shoot, edit, execute, and own outcomes across both platforms.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial and leadership concepts into high-retention short-form content for both Abhiyaan Wealth and Shakti Yatra.
• Shoot high-quality reels, podcasts, and educational content (camera, lighting, audio).
• Edit fast and precisely - hooks, pacing, retention, captions, sound design.
• Execute high-quality LMS educational content consistently.
• Deliver quick turnarounds during key market moments.
• Organise video systems, backups, and asset libraries.

• Collaborate closely with founders on planning and execution.

   

Requirements

• 2-4 years of videography and editing experience.
• Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut.
• Comfortable handling mics, lighting, and framing independently.
• Basic understanding of finance/investing, or a serious willingness to learn.
• Speed and quality - fast, but never careless.
• High ownership - you don't wait to be chased.
• Strong language and communication skills- English and Hindi.
